Samsung ready to launch Galaxy S4 Mini
After launching its new top-of-the-line smartphone Galaxy S4, Samsung Electronics is ready to announce the new Galaxy S4 Mini. The new device is slated for a late May or early June release, said a report.

According to the report on www.gsmarena.com, "It'll supposedly come in a wide variety of alternatives to compliment the standard quad-core S4 Mini: a dual-core dual-SIM variant, an LTE edition, and a TD-SCDMA version for China Mobile."

The Samsung Galaxy S4 mini will reportedly have a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED screen of qHD resolution, 8MP shooter with front-facer, 1GB of RAM, and 8/16/32GB of storage. Besides, the mini is expected to run the latest Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean release.

Other reports suggest that Galaxy S4 mini will be available in both single-SIM and dual-SIM variants.

The new device, which is likely to cost around  £300/$450, will be competing with Apple.

Reports have it that Galaxy S4 mini will be powered by Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. As is famous with Samsung, Galaxy S4 mini might also get quick upgrade to Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie.

On the sensory software, the Galaxy S4 mini along with added features of S3 mini like Pop Up Play and S Voice will also have added camera functions including Sound and Shot and Dual Camera.

For the Indian buyers, the launch of Galaxy S4 mini will be an eagerly-awaited affair.

The new smartphone is stated to be the next big thing from the South Korean company after its bigger version Galaxy S4 was launched on March 14, 2013.
