Huawei launches 4 new Smartphones in India
Huawei has launched four new smartphones, namely the Huawei Ascend G700, G610, Y511 and Y320 in the Indian market, in a bid to consolidate its smartphone portfolio.

The Huawei Ascend G700 sports a 5-inch HD IPS touch Screen with a resolution of 720x1280p screen resolution, while the Ascend G610 comes with a 5-inch IPS Touch Screen with a screen resolution of 540x960pixels.

Both of the phones are powered by a 1.2GHz quad core processor and run Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. The phones are backed by a 2150mAh battery.

The G700 boasts of an 8MP rear camera and a 1.3 MP front facing camera. The G610 on the other hand, features a 5MP camera. Both the devices come with an LED flash. The G700 supports 3G data download speeds of up to 41Mbps, while the G610 supports speeds of up to 21Mbps. The G700 and G610 have 8GB and 4GB internal memory, respectively, that can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. Connectivity options in the phones include 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS with A-GPS. The G700 is available in black and is priced at Rs 17,999, while the G610 is available in black and white and is priced at Rs 12,999.

The Huawei Ascend Y511 sports a 4.5-inch FWVGA(854x480p) and is powered by a 1.3Ghz MediaTek 6572 processor. The Y511 features a 3MP rear camera and 0.3MP front camera and comes with a 1730mAh battery. The device has an internal storage capacity of 4GB, expandable up to 32 with a microSD card. It runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. The Y511 will be available in black and white colours and is priced at Rs 7,499.

The Huawei Ascend Y320 has a 4-inch touch-screen display and a screen resolution of 800x480 pixels. The Y320 is powered by a dual core 1.3Ghz processor. The Y320 is backed by a 1350mAh battery and comes with a 2MP rear camera. The Huawei Ascend Y320 is priced at Rs 6,499.

Both of the Y series phones come with 3G and WiFi connectivity options.

The phones will be available through all multi branded mobile stores as well as e-commerce sites such as Flipkart, Infibeam and Snapdeal.
