How to use Gmail Offline without Internet

With the Gmail Offline option users can check the inboxes, open unread emails and even send new emails

Follow the below steps to enable Gmail Offline

• Open Gmail account on a computer and access the settings using the top right corner, on the menu select See All Settings
  
  
• Click on the Offline tab from the top navigation menu
  
  
• On the Offline page, select the "Enable offline mail" check box and click on "Save Changes" button to save the changes.
  
  

It will enable you to access you synchronize Gmail data on your computer without an internet connection.

While the synced mail can be read, and the new mail can be sent only when you are online. Once you compose a mail and click on send, the mail will be save in the outbox and once you connect to an internet connection, the mail will be sent to the recipient.
