The package, a yearly offer from the Vijayawada Region of APSRTC, was announced on Friday. The bus for the Pancharama tour package will leave Pandit Nehru Bus Station at 4 a.m. every Sunday and Monday and return back the same day in the night.
Places included in this package are Amaravathi, Bhimavaram, Palakollu, Dhraksharamam and Samarlakota.
The price varies for each class with the super luxury priced at Rs.700, Deluxe priced at Rs.600, Express priced at Rs.550 and Pallevelugu priced at Rs.420, said the Regional Manager Gopinath Reddy. Children will be charged even less as given for regular tickets, he said. Interested passengers can approach their nearest bus station to avail the services, he added.
Besides this, another package for Paapikondalu was also introduced upon public request, he said. The bus for this package will leave at 3 a.m. every Sunday from the Pandit Nehru Bus Station. Charge for this package is Rs.500 for bus and Rs.550 for boat per adult.
