reservation of Tatkal tickets will start from 
10:00 AM 
instead of 8:00 AM 
no autroized agents will be allowed to book them during the first two hours

    Instead of building infrastructure ,increasing train ,they are only busy in changing 'tatkal' ticket buy procedures. They should increase trains to meet demand.
