Samsung launches Android 2.3.6 for Galaxy Ace S5830 in India

Mobile phone Giants, Samsung has made an announcement for a new operating system update for Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830 SmartPhone in India. This means that Samsung is updating its Android operating system to Android 2.3.6. for Galaxy Ace S5830.

According to the reports, the update is available via Samsung's dedicated software - Kies. In India, this update will be made available to customers in a gradual manner. As with any OS update, users can expect some bug fixes.

Since its release in February 2011, Galaxy Ace S5830 has really caught the fancy of SmartPhone users with its varied range of features. This phone supports 3G network with HSDPA 900 / 2100. Its TFT capacitive touchscreen with 320 x 480 pixels of resolution and 165 ppi pixel density makes for an impressive display.

The phone has a 32 GB of expandable memory slot with a RAM of 278 MB. The data speed of 7.2 mbps along with a Wi-fi connection of 802.2 version makes it idle for network and internet activities.
Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830 has a powerful battery of Li-Ion 1350 mAh. It can give a stand-by time of 640 hours for 2G and 420 hours for 3G. For talktime, one should expect up to 11 hours on 2G and 6 hours on 3G.

This phone has a camera of Primary 5 MP, 2592x1944 pixels. It has LED flash, check quality and features like autofocus, Geo-tagging, face and smile detection makes the experience of taking photographs worthwhile. Even video feature at configuration of QVGA@15fps is high quality viewing
