GATE 2011 has been commenced today and the candidates can apply online for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering which is conducted by one of the Indian Institute of Technology and Indian Institute of Science Bangalore on rotation basis.
GATE 2011 examination will be conducted in online as well as offline mode. The date for online GATE examination is scheduled on 31st January 2011 while the offilne GATE exam is scheduled on 13th February 2011.
GATE examination is conducted through the 8 GATE zones divided on the basis of 7 organizing IITs and IISc Bangalore.
Results of GATE 2011 will be declared on 15th March 2011.
